By entering this giveaway, you (“the Entrant” or “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions. The giveaway is administered by Taryn McManus Design (“the Designer”).  Please read carefully before submitting your entry.

1. Giveaway Prize

• One winner will receive a custom-designed, 4-page Wix website, tailored for actors/performers.

• The design and layout will be custom-made by Taryn McManus Design, free of charge.

• All other costs associated with the website are the sole responsibility of the winner, including but not limited to:

  • Wix premium subscription plans

  • Domain registration and renewal fees

  • Third-party app/plugin fees

  • Stock image, font, or asset licensing

  • Any future edits or updates beyond the original design

Taryn McManus Design is not responsible for these costs and cannot guarantee pricing or availability of any third-party services.

2. How to Enter

To qualify:

• Follow @tarynmcmanus.design on Instagram or TikTok

• Tag a fellow performer in the comments of the giveaway video.

• Save the video for later.

• Enter your email via the link in of the Instagram or TikTok bio.

Incomplete entries will not be considered. Winner will be contacted via email.

3. Template Rights

By entering this giveaway, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The Designer (Taryn McManus Design) retains the right to reuse the layout and structure of your completed website as a template for sale.

• Your personal photos, videos, text, and private information will not be reused or included in the template.

• Only the site layout/design will be used in future template products.

4. Ownership & Support

Upon project completion and transfer of ownership:

• You fully own your Wix website and can make edits as you like.

• Taryn McManus Design will offer optional ongoing support through:

  • Hourly Support ($60/hour, 14-day minimum)

  • Monthly Packages (discounted rates, available upon request)

  • Project-Based Support (separate contracts per project)

Terms of support are subject to change with prior notice.

5. Legal & Liability

• This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

• Taryn McManus Design is not liable for any legal issues, losses, damages, or claims resulting from the use of your website.

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taryn McManus Design from any such claims.

6. Force Majeure

If Taryn McManus Design is unable to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., illness, natural disaster), we will notify you as soon as possible. You may choose to:

• Wait for delivery when the conflict is resolved, or

• Terminate the agreement with no obligation for final delivery.

7. Portfolio Use

• The Designer may showcase screenshots or elements of your website (not including private content) for marketing, portfolio, or promotional purposes.

• A discreet credit link to Taryn McManus Design will remain in the footer of your website as long as the site uses any part of the original layout or structure. If the winner prefers to remove the credit, a $500 credit removal fee will apply.  This fee does not transfer ownership of the design or template; it solely removes public attribution.

8. Confidentiality

Your private information (e.g., contact info, login credentials, photos, etc.) will be kept confidential and never disclosed.

By entering this giveaway, you confirm that you understand and agree to all of the above terms.
