Template Terms of Use & Support Policy

What’s Included With Your Template Purchase


Your purchase grants you access to a professionally designed Wix website template, along with basic instructional resources to help you get started customizing your site. Each template purchase includes:

  • 1 WIX Website HTML Zip File OR Site transfer invitation sent to your Wix account

  • Basic support for 30 days related to template use and minor edits

  • Access to any included video tutorials or guides provided at time of purchase

What Support Covers

Support is available for 30 days from the date of delivery and includes:

  • Help accessing and installing your WIX emplates

  • Guidance on customizing design elements (e.g. colors, fonts, layout positioning within the template's structure)

  • Troubleshooting issues directly related to the template you purchased 

What Support Does Not Cover

To keep things running smoothly and fairly for all customers, the following are not included in support:

  • Issues with Wix platform performance, bugs, or account billing

  • Custom design work beyond the template’s structure

  • Functionality requests outside the template scope (e.g. app integrations or advanced coding)

  • Tech support related to your domain, email, hosting, or internet connection

  • Reinstalling your template after you've made custom changes

  • Training in how to use Wix beyond the included guidance

  • Fixing issues caused by third-party apps or code

  • Replacing templates after your Wix trial expires (you will need to re-purchase)

Important Notes About Use

  • One Template = One Website. Each purchase is licensed for a single website only. If you'd like to use the template for another client or project, you must purchase a separate license.

  • Responsibility. Once the template is installed or shared, you are responsible for maintaining and customizing your site.

  • No Refunds. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.

  • Credit Requirement. Credit must be given to Taryn McManus Design with a live link in your website footer or Site Credits page. If you wish to remove this credit, you may purchase a $500 license to do so. Unauthorized removal may result in legal action.

  • Commercial Use. If you are using a template for a paying client, proper credit to Taryn McManus Design is required. Templates may not be claimed as your own original work.

Taryn McManus Design is not affiliated with or endorsed by Wix. We design on the Wix platform, but all platform-related issues are the responsibility of Wix.


We also do not guarantee earnings, business outcomes, or uninterrupted access to third-party platforms or services. Your success depends on your effort, marketing, and experience.


Compatibility Notice


Web technologies are constantly evolving. While we do our best to ensure compatibility at the time of delivery, we are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Future updates to Wix or your browser

  • Changes to your installed apps or custom code

  • User-edited template customizations

  • Third-party service limitations

We’re here to help you launch with style and clarity — but at the end of the day, your website is your responsibility. Please back up your content and make changes thoughtfully.
